Banana Mango Smoothie

 

Okay ladies and gents I’m here with a tasty breakfast or anytime smoothie. I hope you all will enjoy it if you try it.  It’s actually filling and delicious.

Ingredients:

1/2 banana ($ 0.98 per pound)

I cup of cut frozen mangos ($0.59 per pound)

1/4 cup of Zico coconut water ($1.38)

1/2 cup of Walmart brand vanilla yogurt ($1.96)

Put your wet ingredients (yogurt and coconut water) in the blender first. Add the mangoes next. Lastly the bananas.

Hit the blend button on the blender for 40 to 45 seconds and watch the magical process of the ingredients blending.

A total of creating this magnificent  smoothie was five dollars and tax. You don’t need to break the bank to eat or in this case drink healthy.
