So I took a shower earlier today and realized something. I’m fat.
Not Biggie Smalls fat but not toned and got a muffin top starting to form. It’s not cute at all guys so I’ve been eating a little better especially at work. I don’t bring the heavy meals I used to have for dinner. Usually I will have fruit, trail mix or yogurt for my breaks since I work the graveyard shift. Now I have to start working out which is going to suck because I can’t stand it but I know it will help me in the long run.
Have you guys had any issues with your weight? What have you guys done about it?
