So ladies and gents I’m going to start working out for 30 days to see if I can tone up my body. I’m going to be reporting back to you guys through the blog and instagram. There will be workouts and recipes so I’m really excited. Tonight while I’m at work, I’m going to start writing out the workouts I’m going to tryout. So I hope you guys will join me or tell some friends about it.
