My Anxiety and Fitness

I don’t have the answers about being being a fit person. I’ve been trying to get my body right for a long time with no true results. Honestly it’s because I haven’t put any time or effort into working out. My age is starting to show how much I haven’t been working out, another issue is anxiety. So I’m restarting this blog and a YouTube channel to document my new journey in fitness. It’s going to be very hard for me especially with my schedule as a factory worker with a 12 hour schedule. Hopefully this will be a beginning for a healthy lifestyle and help a lot of women in my situation.
