Baby Raid in California

Luxury apartments used as a breeding ground for selling newborn babies. Early this morning in Mission Viejo, California, Homeland Security busted in the luxurious Carlyle apartments to see pregnant Chinese women and new mothers wanting a brighter future for their children. These women paid $40-80K for their unborn and newborn children to be born in the United States. The children could use their U.S. status to help their family members become American citizens. The mothers have not been arrested, they will be used as material witnesses against the ringleader Chao Chen.

Chen and other ringleaders in San Bernadino, Los Angeles, and Orange CA were using the money for visas and lying on the paperwork needed which is visa fraud.
