Fitness and Therapy

Can working out help with my emotional issues? I’m not sure but I’ve been thinking about having a cleanse , you know working out, meditating and eating better. It sounds nice and I think it would be a good help.

For the fitness bloggers what has been some pros and cons of working out?

  1. Without a doubt. Increases serotonin and dopamine, makes you feel capable and good about yourself. Physically feeling more energised affects positively state of mind. Plus the biggest thing that gets worked out in any exercise routine is the brain, coordinating movement, firing neurones, blood gorges the brain taking away toxins….. exercise is an absolute must for anyone who can do it …. xxx
